Wajir Member of the County Assembly (MCA) Yussef Hussein Ahmed, who went missing for over one month, was found dead in Lake Yahud.
Kin of the MCA positively identified his body which was badly mutilated with eyes gorged out and nose and hands chopped off. Ahmed, who was also the minority leader of Wajir County Assembly, went missing on September 13.
