The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) is set to be granted more legal powers that will enable it to override some of the current tax arrangements in a bid to reach more tax evaders as part of the new proposals contained in the Finance Bill 2026 that was submitted to Parliament on Thursday, April 30.
