Kenya: KRA Begins Implementation of Ruto’s Ksh 2M Cargo Clearance Threshold

The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has begun engaging cargo consolidators to implement President William Ruto’s directive reducing the minimum customs clearance threshold for general consolidated cargo from Ksh3.2 million to Ksh2 million.
