Kenya: KRA Announces 12-Hour Disruption of Cargo Clearance Services on Sunday, September 6

The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has announced a 12-hour maintenance shutdown of its Integrated Customs Management System (iCMS), temporarily affecting cargo clearance services.

In a notice issued on Saturday, September 5, KRA said the scheduled maintenance will run from 6am to 6pm on Sunday, September 6. 

“Please be advised that there will be a scheduled maintenance of iCMS from Sunday 6th September, 2026, 6:00 AM to Sunday 6th September, 2026, 6:00PM,” the authority stated.
