Kenya: KNH Probes Stabbing of Patient Inside Ward

Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) has confirmed that a patient died inside one of its wards under unclear circumstances on the night of Thursday, February 6.

The confirmation follows reports circulating on social media alleging that the patient was murdered inside the hospital. 

Initial reports blamed the incident on a security lapse, claiming that an unidentified individual entered Ward Seven and fatally stabbed the patient with a kitchen knife.
