Kenya: Kenyans Given 14 Days Widow as Govt Moves to Increase Affordable Housing Prices

Kenyans seeking homes under the Affordable Housing Programme have 14 days to apply after the government announced plans to raise prices beginning next month.

The State Department for Housing and Urban Development on Tuesday, September 15, said the government will increase housing unit prices effective October 1, 2026.
