The National Treasury has signed two technical assistance agreements with France’s development agency, Agence Française de Développement (AFD), worth a combined Ksh227 million.

The agreement will channel resources toward urgent water infrastructure and clean energy development in Kenya, with separate Euro 800,000 (about Ksh121 million at the current exchange rates)  and Euro 700,000 (about t Ksh106 million) deals.
