Kenya: KDF Officer Surrenders to Police After Lover’s Death in Kitengela

A Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) soldier is currently cooling his heels at the Kitengela Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) after being detained for the passing away of his lover.
