The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has issued new guidelines for candidates wishing to repeat the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination this year, urging interested applicants to register before the end of March.
In a notice released on Friday, the council said candidates who previously sat the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education can register either as full repeaters or partial repeaters, regardless of the year they last attempted the examination.
