Drama unfolded in Kajiado County after a section of residents heckled Governor Joseph Ole Lenku during President William Ruto’s rally in Loitokitok.
Ole Lenku was forced to cut short his speech after residents were heard shouting and demanding that he stop speaking, prompting Ruto to intervene and plead with the crowd to allow the governor to finish.
“Please, please, just let the governor finish his speech, just give him a moment,” Ruto told the residents as the heckling continued.
