Inspector General of Police, Douglas Kanja, has officially designated a police station and new police posts across the country, in a bid to reinforce security in the country.
In a gazette notice dated January 30, Kanja said that Kisumu, Migori Wajr, Kajiado, and Meru are among the counties where the new police stations and posts will be located.
Kanja said that he has designated Kamuguga Police Station in Kiambu County, in line with the National Police Act 2011.
