Kenya: IEBC Chair Candidate Francis Kissinger Proposes Use of AI in Elections

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chairperson candidate, Kakai Kissinger, has proposed the use of technology in party nominations and the next general elections.
