The High Court has temporarily stopped the suspension of Nicco Movers Sacco’s operating licence, allowing the company to continue operating until further directions are issued on September 22.
Justice Janet Mulwa issued the orders on Wednesday, September 2, after the Sacco, through its lawyer Danstan Omari, challenged the Transport Licensing Appeals Board (TLAB) decision delivered on August 31, 2026.
