The High Court has given the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) a nod to seize property worth Ksh198 million believed to be proceeds of corruption.
In a ruling dated August 12 contained in last week’s Friday’s Kenya Gazette Notice where the EACC was the plaintiff, the High Court granted EACC the right to recover property including real estate property and money in the bank from eight respondents.
