The High Court has declined to suspend the implementation of the Infrastructure Fund Act despite two constitutional petitions challenging its legality.
In separate court rulings, High Court judges Lawrence Mugambi and Bahati Mwamuye declined to issue conservatory orders to halt the law pending hearing and determination of the petitions; both judges certified the petitions as urgent.
