The Ministry of Health has clarified that Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale and his motorcade were not involved in a road accident reported on Sunday in Kisumu.
In a statement, the ministry said the CS encountered the accident in the Otonglo area while travelling from Rarieda to Kisumu International Airport.
According to the ministry, Duale immediately stopped at the scene and mobilised an emergency medical response to assist the victims.
