A section of residents in Murang’a, Siaya, and Busia Counties are set to lose their land after the government announced plans for several projects that will require additional land.

In Murang’a County, the government aims to upgrade the Kangema-Gacharage (B23) Road. In Busia and Siaya counties, the government plans to initiate phase one of the Lower Nzoia Irrigation and Flood Mitigation Development Project.
