Kenya: Govt Cancels 73 Subleases and Issues Notice to 156 Landlords

The National Lands Commission (NLC), on Friday, issued a notice to landlords in Machakos County whose parcels of land are needed for the Mwala Cluster Water and Sanitation Project.

The notice published in the Kenya Gazette earlier this week highlighted 156 plots and published the names of their owners.
