Civil servants can finally breathe a sigh of relief after the government pledged to honour the second phase of its Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Public Service Cabinet Secretary Justin Muturi who spoke to the press in Nairobi on Tuesday noon, assured the disgruntled workers the government would implement the new wage structure as previously agreed.
