Kenya: Gang Leader Barbecue Proposes to Lay Down Arms & Begin National Dialogue

Dreaded Haitian gang leader, Jimmy Chérizier, on Friday told interim Prime Minister Garry Conille that he would lay down his arms to initiate a national dialogue to restore peace.

According to EFE, a Spanish news outlet, the gang leader while holding a presser, was clad in a maroon jacket and glasses and seemed different from how he usually appears.
