The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has announced the arraignment of six suspects, including four former Homa Bay County officials, over the unlawful award of a Homa Bay County Assembly multi-million tender.
The individuals are said to have been involved in the irregular tender award valued at Ksh348,927,840 to a company during the 2019/2020 Financial Year, for the construction of the Homa Bay County Assembly Block, according to the EACC.
