His death came as a shock to many, and the details surrounding the cause of his passing have not been publicly disclosed.

Lenayapa had a distinguished career in public service, serving as Kenya’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Netherlands and as the State House Comptroller for the Kenyan Presidency. Ambassador Ukur Yatani expressed his condolences to Lenayapa’s family, offering prayers for his soul to rest in eternal peace.

In his role as Ambassador to the Kingdom of Netherlands, Lenayapa represented Kenya at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and led the country’s delegation to various international organizations. Prior to his diplomatic posting, Lenayapa served as the State House Comptroller from 2013 to 2018, managing the finances and operations of the presidential residence.

As the State House Comptroller, Lenayapa oversaw various functions within the house, including transportation, security, communication, catering, and administration. Throughout his career, Lenayapa was known for his dedication to public service and his professionalism in handling his responsibilities.
