Lovers may have a chance of giving and receiving romantically arranged money this Valentine’s Day, after florists introduced a new version of money bouquets, days after the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) warned the public against disfiguring cash.

The CBK has recently cautioned that money bouquets, whereby florists fold, glue, and staple money into flower arrangements for gifting, are unlawful under Kenyan law.
