The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) on Sunday summoned Kimilili Member of Parliament Didmus Barasa over bribery allegations.
The MP has been ordered to appear before the commission’s headquarters on Tuesday, August 27, to answer to bribery allegations against him after failing to honour the first summon issued against him.
EACC had summoned the lawmaker to appear before the commission and record a statement on August 14, 2024. Barasa, however did not show up.
