The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has exposed officials from Nairobi, Kitui, Migori, Kakamega, Bomet, and Baringo counties over the embezzlement of Ksh 1 billion.
In the gazette notice, EACC announced that the report is made pursuant to section 36 of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, 2003 (ACECA) and covers the period commencing October 1 to December 31, 2024.
