Huruma Ward MCA Peter Owera Oluoch was arrested on Monday, March 3 2025, for allegedly being involved in forgery and providing false information.
The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) stated that Owera had claimed to hold a Diploma from Kenya Polytechnic, but an independent investigation revealed that he had never been a student at the institution.
Additionally, he was accused of providing false information in self-declaration forms.
