The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has arrested a Court Assistant and a court process server in separate bribery cases involving court services in Eldoret and Nakuru.
In Eldoret, the Commission arrested a Court Assistant attached to a Magistrate’s Court over allegations of soliciting and receiving a Ksh20,000 bribe.
