The Director of Public Prosecutions(DPP) has approved the charges against  Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s allies and staff giving the green light for their prosecution having been satisfied by the evidence presented to him.
In a letter directed to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) boss Mohamed Amin, DPP Renson Ingonga cited there was adequate evidence to charge the suspects with the offence of conspiracy to commit a felony contrary to section 393 of the Penal Code.
