The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has revealed that Kenyans can file their tax with the help WhatsApp chatbot without needing to visit KRA services.
Speaking on Thursday, January 22, the authority’s commissioner, General Humphrey Wattaga, confirmed that the WhatsApp chatbot offers 15 KRA services, including Tax filing, that can be accessed 24/7.
