Detectives from the Insurance Fraud Investigations Unit (IFIU) have arrested a suspect over nine allegedly fraudulent compensation claims linked to a road crash.
According to a statement issued by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Friday, the suspect is accused of coordinating the submission of the disputed claims.
Investigators said the claims were made against an insured vehicle and a third-party vehicle involved in a 2023 accident on Kangundo Road.
