Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi revoked the appointment of two board members of the Kenya Deposits Insurance Corporation(KDIC) less than 2 years after their appointment.

In a Gazette notice published on Friday, November 28, Mbadi revoked the appointment of James Agembe Akali to the board membership of KDIC just 21 months after he was appointed to the position by the then Treasury CS Njunguna Ndung’u in 2023.
