Kenya: Court Issues Arrest Warrant Against Bank Boss for Defaming Former CS Raphael Tuju

The court on Tuesday issued a warrant of arrest against a senior official of a bank in Kenya following a petition filed by former Cabinet Secretary without portfolio Raphael Tuju. 

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions had earlier moved to court seeking a warrant of arrest against the bank boss on allegations of giving false information to investigative agencies including the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) touching on property linked to the former CS.
