A High Court in Nairobi on Tuesday blocked the Acting Inspector General of Police Gilbert Masengeli and the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) boss Mohamed Amid from accessing Jimi Wanjigi’s residence.
In its ruling, the court also directed the duo to return all the items that belonging to the politician confiscated by security agencies during a raid conducted last month.
