The British High Commission in Nairobi, through its spokesperson, has come out to respond to reports of the British Army Training Unit Kenya (BATUK) downsizing its operations at the expense of Kenyans. 

Speaking exclusively to Kenyans.co.ke, the spokesperson clarified that while there was a notion that people were getting fired,  the number of jobs remains dymanic, depending on how large or small a military exercise is.
