At least six people were on Friday morning reportedly trapped inside an excavation site after the dugout caved in.
While confirming the incident, the Kenya Red Cross Society revealed that the tragedy occurred at the Shauri Moyo estate which is located in the suburbs of Nairobi.
The Kenya Red Cross further announced that it had dispatched a rescue team to the scene of the tragedy.
