I coined ‘Detty December’ – Mr Eazi claims

Nigerian singer and entrepreneur, Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi, has claimed that he coined the phrase m, ‘Detty December’, which has become synonymous with funfair during Christmas holidays in the country.

Speaking at his Detty Rave concert in Accra, Mr Eazi claimed that he coined the phrase while working as a show promoter in Ghana.

He, however, admitted that ‘Detty December’ is bigger than him or anyone else.
