A handwriting expert has become the latest flashpoint in the election petition challenging State Minister for Kampala Metropolitan Affairs Joseph Kabuye Kyofatogabye’s victory in Nakaseke Central, after lawyers for petitioner Allan Mayanja Ssebunya asked Luweero High Court to admit fresh evidence of alleged handwriting similarities across several declaration of results (DR) forms.
