 The Chief Justice of Ghana, Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo, has called on Ghanaians to refer dis­putes to private Alterna­tive Dispute Resolution (ADR) Centres, as a first option in attempting to resolve disputes before resorting to the courts, if ADR is unsuccessful.
