The Chairman of the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) International, Apostle Samuel Amponsah-Frimpong, has emphasized the importance of unity and collaboration among politicians in Ghana to ensure a successful electoral process. He urged politicians to prioritize the interests of Ghana above their own partisan interests and to work together for the development of the country.

Speaking at the Sakumono CAC during the Anim’s week celebrations, Apostle Amponsah-Frimpong highlighted the significance of the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections in Ghana. He emphasized that it is crucial for all Ghanaians to demonstrate political maturity and ensure a transparent and fair electoral process that will contribute to the growth and development of the nation.

The Anim’s week celebrations, dedicated to Apostle Peter Newman Anim, founder of the Christ Apostolic Church International, serve as an opportunity for the children ministry of the church to learn about the values and history of the church. Apostle Amponsah-Frimpong called on the Electoral Commission (EC) to uphold fairness and independence in overseeing the electoral process, emphasizing the need for transparency and integrity.

He also urged Ghanaians to showcase their maturity and unity to the rest of Africa and the world, demonstrating the country’s ability to manage its own affairs independently. Apostle Amponsah-Frimpong encouraged political parties to adhere to the rules of the game, show respect and love towards one another, and prioritize the well-being of Ghana above all else.

In addition, Apostle Amponsah-Frimpong called on the Christian community to play a proactive role in ensuring a peaceful transition of power and a prosperous future for Ghana. He emphasized the importance of promoting a culture of peace and transparency, both in the upcoming elections and in everyday life.

Apostle Amponsah-Frimpong also commended the National Peace Council for its role in promoting peace and truth in the electoral process. He urged the council to continue upholding integrity and encouraging all stakeholders to do the right thing for the benefit of Ghana.

In conclusion, Apostle Amponsah-Frimpong prayed for a peaceful election process and for the children of Ghana to grow up to become future leaders and blessings to the nation. He emphasized the need for sincerity, conscientiousness, and unity among Ghanaians, particularly during this critical election year.

As Ghana prepares for the upcoming elections, Apostle Samuel Amponsah-Frimpong’s message serves as a reminder of the crucial role that unity, integrity, and transparency play in ensuring a successful electoral process and the future prosperity of the nation.
