Ghana: Road users face tougher rules • New laws target crashes, indiscipline – Minister

The Minister of Transport, Mr Joseph Bukari Nikpe, has described the Road Traffic Act, 2025 (Act 1153), as amended, and the Road Traffic Regulations, 2026 (L.I. 2519) as a major step towards curbing road crashes and enforcing greater discipline on the country’s roads.
