Debutants, Nsoatreman and Stellenbosch, were the highlights of the day as the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup’s first prelim­inary round second-leg matches were played on Saturday.

Ghana’s Nsoatreman FC, a newcomer to the continental scene, impressed with a 5-0 aggre­gate victory over Elect Sport.

Following their initial 3-0 home win, Nsoatreman confirmed their superiority with a 2-0 victory in the return leg, played in Cameroon due to stadium issues.
