THE New Patriotic Party (NPP) has initiated a process to expel renowned heart surgeon and former Minister for Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation, Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng, from the party.
The party stated that its hierarchy has taken due notice of comments made by Professor Frimpong-Boateng during an interview on Channel One TV on Monday, in which he described the party as a “fake party” and further stated that he no longer considered himself a member of the NPP.
