Ghana: New national salary framework: SOE pay to be tied to performance -Pres Mahama announces

President John Dramani Mahama has announced plans to link the salaries and emoluments of executives and staff of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) to their performance under a new national salary framework.

He said it was unfair for state-owned enterprises to make losses while their personnel received salary increases every year.
