Mr Patrick Tampugre, the Atebubu/Amantin District Director of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) in the Bono East Region, has urged voters to analyse the visions of the various Parliamentary Candidates (PCs) before endorsing them on Decem­ber 7.

He asked the electorates not to allow the ‘emotional appeals’ of the candidates to direct their votes, saying, visionary leaders were required to represent the people in parliament.
