Ghana: Majority petitions Speaker to recall Parliament

 Barely 48-hours after Parliament adjourned sine die, the Majority Leader, Alexander Afenyo-Mar­kin, has sent a memo to the Speaker, Alban Sumana Kings­ford Bagbin, for an extraordi­nary session of the House.
