Ghana: I’ll set up Women’s Trade Empowerment Fund – Dr Bawumia

Dr Mahamu­du Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has announced his intention to create a Women’s Trade Empowerment Fund alongside a dedicated bank for Small and Medium-sized Enter­prises (SMEs).

This initiative aims to facil­itate easier access to financial resources for traders. He em­phasised that securing funding poses a significant obstacle for traders and SMEs in the nation.
