Ghana: Govt takes measures to revamp TOR – Minister

 The government says it is putting in place all neces­sary mechanisms to revamp the dilapidated Tema Oil Refinery (TOR), which is a strategic asset for the country.

‘’There is no gain saying the fact that TOR is a strategic asset and needs to be turn round. TOR must work again,” says the Minister of State for Energy, Mr Herbert Kra­pa, during his visit to the refinery at Tema on Tuesday.
