Ghana: Govt Appointee to contest for NDC Deputy Secretary position

A Government appointee at the Ketu South Assembly, Clemence Kofi Agbotey, has declared his intention to contest the position of Deputy Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ketu South Constituency.
