Former President of Botswana, Dr Mokgweetsi Eric Keabetswe Masisi, has described Gha­na’s elections as one which is transparent, free, fair, and decisive.

Dr Masasi, who also doubles as the chair of the Commonwealth Observer Group, said “Ghana was indeed a shining star, hence a need for other commonwealth countries to learn from her.”
