 Women have been ad­vised to strike a balance between their family life and work in order to avoid neglect­ing their domestic responsibilities.

According to the Regional Chief Manager of Ghana Water Com­pany Limited (GWCL) of Accra West, Mr Emmanuel Johnson, he stated that achieving this balance required women to make a con­scious effort to reduce their time on social media while at home, and focus on nurturing their rela­tionships with their children and husbands.
